How we delivered sanctioned goods from the USA to Krasnoyarsk in a record 35 days

Task:

Our client approached us with a seemingly unrealistic request: to transport critical equipment in a 40-foot container from the USA to Krasnoyarsk, and even fit in just 40 days. Given the sanctions restrictions, vast distances and the need to use a multimodal scheme, this task seemed incredibly ambitious.

Solution:

We have developed and implemented a logistics route that allowed us not only to fulfill, but also to exceed customer expectations:

1. Transit through China: The equipment was quickly delivered from America to China, where we worked out all aspects of transit, taking into account the sanctions features. This required not only a deep knowledge of international rules, but also established relations with partners.
2. Sea transportation to Vladivostok: From China, the container was quickly sent by sea to Vladivostok, where our team was already waiting for him to ensure instant reloading.
3. Auto delivery to Krasnoyarsk: The final, but no less important stage is the auto delivery of bulky cargo on Russian roads to Krasnoyarsk. We used our own fleet of vehicles to guarantee safety and speed.

Result:

Thanks to the seamless coordination of all stages, we were able to exceed the client’s expectations and deliver the goods in just 35 days.
